Lo siento, pero necesito más información o contexto para poder ayudarte. ¿Puedes proporcionarme un texto o una pregunta específica para parafrasear? Prepare the pasta following the instructions on the package in a big pot of boiling salted water. Then, drain it well. Warm olive oil in a big frying pan on medium-high heat. Put minced meat in the pan and cook until it turns brown, which should take around 3 to 5 minutes. Use a wooden spoon to break it into smaller pieces while cooking. Remove extra fat and put it to the side.

Next, add chopped onion to the same pan and cook for 2 minutes, stirring often. Put garlic in the pan and cook for about 1 minute until it smells good. Stir the flour until it turns light brown, which should take around 1 minute.

Slowly mix in the beef broth while stirring to mix well. Mix in marinara sauce and add Italian seasoning, dried parsley, oregano, and paprika.

▢ Heat until boiling, then lower the heat and let it simmer while stirring occasionally until it thickens a bit, for about 6-8 minutes.

▢ Mix the cooked pasta with the beef.

▢ Then, mix in the thick cream until it warms up, for about 1-2 minutes. Try the food and add more salt and pepper if needed.

Next, add the sour cream and mix well. Then, mix in the cheddar cheese until it melts, which should take around 1-2 minutes.

Serve right away, optionally adding parsley on top.

Have fun!
