Cheesy Garlic Bread Bites

Written by ANAS

Ingredients:

  • 1 loaf of French bread or Italian bread, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional, for a slight kick)
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Marinara sauce for dipping (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil for easy cleanup.
  2. Prepare Garlic Butter: In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes (if using).
  3. Coat Bread Pieces: Place the bread pieces in a large mixing bowl. Drizzle the garlic butter mixture over the bread, tossing gently to coat all pieces evenly.
  4. Add Cheese: Spread the buttered bread pieces in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese generously over each piece, then top with Parmesan cheese.
  5. Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 10–12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the edges of the bread are golden brown.
  6. Serve: Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly. Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping, if desired.

Enjoy these gooey, cheesy bites as a perfect appetizer or side dish!
