Quick and delicious dessert to make in just 5 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 4 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 4 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 3 tbsp milk
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil (or melted butter)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Optional toppings: chocolate chips, whipped cream, ice cream, or sprinkles

Instructions:

  1. Mix Dry Ingredients: In a microwave-safe mug, combine flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and a pinch of salt. Stir well.
  2. Add Wet Ingredients: Add milk, oil, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Stir until smooth and no lumps remain. (Optional: mix in a few chocolate chips for extra gooeyness!)
  3. Microwave: Microwave on high for 1–1.5 minutes. The cake should rise and set but still be soft. Be careful not to overcook—it can become dry.
  4. Add Toppings: Let the mug cake cool for a minute, then top with whipped cream, a scoop of ice cream, or drizzle with chocolate syrup.
  5. Enjoy: Grab a spoon and dig into your warm, fudgy chocolate treat!
