Yorkshire pudding is a traditional British food that has been popular for many years. It is a tasty side dish made with a mixture of eggs, flour, and milk, then baked in a hot oven. The outcome is a soft and airy dessert that is great to serve with a cooked meal. Yorkshire pudding is a delicious way to enhance a meal and is sure to be enjoyed by everyone in the family.
I remember my grandma used to make Yorkshire pudding when I was a kid. She always prepared it with love and care, and everyone loved it at dinner. I still cook Yorkshire pudding today and it always reminds me of my grandmother in a happy way. If you have never tasted Yorkshire pudding, now is the best time to try it.

Yorkshire pudding is a traditional English dish.

List of ingredients:

1 cup of regular flour
1 unit of milk
3 big eggs
Half a teaspoon of salt
Use vegetable oil or beef fat to fill each muffin cup about 1/4 inch.
Directions:
Heat your oven to 425°F (220°C) before starting. Put a baking tray with 12 sections in the oven to warm up.
2. In a bowl, mix the flour, milk, eggs, and salt until you get a smooth mixture. Ensure there are no bumps.
3. After the oven is hot, take out the muffin tin carefully. Put a little vegetable oil or beef fat in each muffin cup, filling it about 1/4 inch. Put the container back in the oven for around 5 minutes, or until the oil is hot and making a sizzling sound.
4. Gently pour the mixture into the muffin cups while they are hot, filling them halfway. The oil will make a sizzling sound and bubble around the batter.
Put the muffin tray back in the oven and bake for about 20-25 minutes, or until the Yorkshire puddings are puffy and golden brown.

Do not open the oven door while baking, as it can make the puddings shrink.
After the Yorkshire puddings are done baking, take them out of the oven and serve them right away while they are still fluffy and crunchy.
