• 1/2 cup cranberry sauce (store-bought or homemade)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a mini muffin tin or line it with non-stick spray.
2. Prepare the puff pastry: Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface. Cut it into 2-inch squares and press each square into the muffin tin cavities.
3. Assemble the bites: Place a small piece of Brie in each puff pastry cup. Top with about a teaspoon of cranberry sauce.
4. Bake: Place the muffin tin in the oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown and puffed up.
