Ingredients
For the Filling:
1 lb ground beef
1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup diced pickles
Salt and pepper to taste
For the Dough:
1 tube refrigerated pizza dough
For the Garlic Butter:
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
2 cloves garlic, minced
For Garnish and Serving:
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Ketchup and mustard (for dipping)
Directions
Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to ensure easy cleanup and even baking.
Prepare the Filling
Heat a skillet over medium heat.
Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spatula.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Stir in the crumbled bacon and remove from heat. Allow the mixture to cool slightly before assembling.
Assemble the Rollups
Roll out the refrigerated pizza dough into a large rectangle on a clean surface.
Spread the beef and bacon mixture evenly over the dough.
Sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese and diced pickles for that cheeseburger flair.
Starting at one end, tightly roll the dough into a log.
Use a sharp knife to slice the log into 1-inch pieces.
Brush with Garlic Butter
In a small bowl, mix the melted butter and minced garlic.
Place the roll-ups cut-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
Brush each roll-up generously with the garlic butter mixture.
Bake to Perfection
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes, or until the roll-ups are golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Garnish and Serve
Once baked, garnish the roll-ups with freshly chopped parsley.
Serve warm with ketchup and mustard on the side for dipping.
