Italian Chicken Rice Casserole

Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
- 1 cup long-grain rice (uncooked)
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup Italian dressing
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp dried Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
- 1/2 cup frozen peas (optional)
- 1 tbsp olive oil (for greasing)
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with olive oil.
- Prepare the Casserole Mixture
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, uncooked rice, cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, chicken broth, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, Italian dressing, and half of the shredded mozzarella.
- Stir until everything is well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
