Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs (about 12 graham crackers)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar

For the Creamy Filling:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

For the Banana Layer:

  • 3 ripe bananas, sliced

For the Topping:

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1/2 cup chopped strawberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/2 cup maraschino cherries, drained and halved
  • 1/4 cup chocolate syrup

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Crust:
    • In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar.
    • Stir until everything is well combined, then press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish to form an even crust.
    • Chill in the refrigerator while you prepare the filling.
  2. Make the Creamy Filling:
    • In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth and creamy.
    • In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
    • Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined. Spread the creamy mixture evenly over the chilled graham cracker crust.
  3. Add the Banana Layer:
    • Arrange the sliced bananas over the top of the cream layer, covering the entire surface.
  4. Make the Topping:
    • In a medium bowl, whip the heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
    • Spread the whipped cream mixture over the banana layer.
  5. Add the Finishing Touches:
    • Top the whipped cream with the crushed pineapple, chopped strawberries, and maraschino cherries.
    • Drizzle with chocolate syrup for an extra decadent touch.
  6. Chill and Serve:
    • Refrigerate the cake for at least 3-4 hours, or overnight, to allow the flavors to meld together and the cake to set.
    • Slice and serve chilled for a refreshing and indulgent treat!

Tips:

  • For extra crunch: Add some chopped nuts, like walnuts or pecans, to the topping.
  • Make ahead: This dessert is perfect for making a day or two ahead, as the flavors only improve after chilling.

Enjoy this No-Bake Banana Split Cake for a cool, creamy, and satisfying dessert that will please everyone! 🍌🍫🍒
